Member Details: If you are a Board Admin, you provide details about other board members, including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, departments, biographies, and addresses.

Meeting Information: Details about your meetings, including titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, meeting types, agendas, attendees, and minutes.

Action Points: Information related to tasks and responsibilities, including titles, descriptions, assigned members, due dates, statuses, priorities, and notes.

Communications: Content of messages sent within the app, subjects, sender/recipient IDs, and any attachments.

Document Management: Titles, descriptions, file content (e.g., PDFs, images, documents), file types, sizes, folder structures, and access levels.

Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details are processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

b. Information Collected Automatically:

Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and interactions with elements within the app.

Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

c. Information from Third-Party Services:

Authentication Data: When you log in via Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from Google to create and manage your user account within BoardMuster.

To Provide and Maintain the Service: Operate and deliver the core functionalities of BoardMuster, including user management, meeting scheduling, action tracking, and document sharing.

To Manage Your Account: Facilitate your login, manage your profile, and provide access to features relevant to your role (e.g., Board Admin vs. Board Member).

To Communicate with You: Send notifications related to meetings, action points, and messages, as well as service-related updates and important announcements.

To Improve Our Service: Analyse usage patterns to understand how the Service is used, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features.

For Billing and Subscriptions: Process payments for paid plans through Stripe and manage your subscription status.

For Security and Fraud Prevention: Protect the integrity and security of the Service, prevent fraudulent activities, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Within Your Board/Organisation: Information relevant to board operations (e.g., meeting details, action points, messages) is shared with other members of your board as dictated by the app's functionality and your organisation's settings.

Service Providers: We engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Base44 Platform: Our application is built on the Base44 platform, which handles core infrastructure such as user authentication, database management, file storage, and integration services. Data collected through BoardMuster is stored and processed on the Base44 infrastructure.

Stripe: For payment processing (subscriptions). Your billing information is provided directly to Stripe.

Email Service Providers: For sending email notifications related to app activities (e.g., meeting invites, new messages).

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
