A: Yes, we offer a free trial period for new Board Admin accounts. This allows you to explore all features and ensure BoardMuster is the right fit for your board before making a commitment. To get trial access, please email [email protected] and we'll set you up with a trial account. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to be set up for you.

A: Only the Board or Committee Administrator needs an active subscription. This is a key benefit of BoardMuster! Once the administrator has an active subscription, all regular board members can access and use the platform for free.

A: Your BoardMuster subscription includes unlimited board members at no extra cost. This means you can add your entire committee or board, regardless of size, without worrying about per-member fees.

Q: What's the difference between the Monthly and Annual plans?

A: Both our Monthly and Annual plans offer full, unlimited access to all BoardMuster features. The only difference is the billing cycle and cost savings. The Annual plan provides a significant discount, giving you two months free compared to paying monthly.
